At 360 Strength training is personal, but done in a group setting where our trainers watch over your posture and form, catering every movement to meet your specific needs.

Jeff Kardy
Jeff has been training athletes and weekend warriors for almost 30 years. He has combined multiple approaches including CHEK certification, functional posture assessment and traditional strength training in all the basic bodies movements patterns. He graduated from Florida State University in exercise physiology and nutrition in 1995.

Cody Crain
Cody joined 360 Strength in April 2025 and has always enjoyed athletics and working out. He appreciates having a healthy lifestyle with proper nutrition. 360 strength is a natural fit for his desire to learn more about anatomy and natural movement body patterns. He has an understanding of the connection between mind, body and soul and values all it has to offer. He has was captain of both his football and track team and holds a school record for the 4x100 meter dash at Redmond High. He was nominated by school faculty to be a senior mentor and enjoyed the leadership position this put him in. When not at the gym he enjoys skiing, biking, and reading.
