At 360 Strength we believe that everyone regardless of age, ability or previous athletic experience can train like an athlete. We use a variety of techniques based on the needs of each individual. Some of these techniques include: Corrective stretching and movement, traditional strength training, and power or agility training. 360 Strength has a basic but innovative approach that breaks your program into phases ranging from acute/corrective, conditioning, and performance enhancement. Often we are the next step for people that have had physical therapy or surgery but still need more to get back to where they want to be.
